I don’t have much to say today. I feel unusually tired and just want to have a good sleep before Monday raises its ugly head. But I had to check in to drop an important update!

There’s a new interview hack in town, and it’s got everyone talking: AI tools that help you ace interviews in real time.

Apparently, the super nice folks at Final Round AI created a Copilot app to listen in on your interview and whisper the perfect answers in your ear during the interview - literally feeding you answers on the fly.

Yes, it’s more like a teleprompter for interviews.

The funny part is the CEO of Final Round AI insists using this tool is not cheating. According to him, if you’re going to use AI tools in your actual job, why not use them to get the job in the first place?

Is using AI during interviews cheating or just being smart?

If you ask me, I’ll say… maybe it’s a bit of both. In a job market where employers think they hold all the cards, I can’t even blame candidates for using every tool at their disposal.

So, if AI can help you land that dream job and you can back it up with stellar performance, why not? As long as you’re not outright fabricating skills or experience, I say go for it.

But be smart o. Use AI as a tool, not a crutch. At the end of the day, your real-life skills and personality will shine through.
